Orlando was most recently featured in "Life in Chenal" magazine.  He spends hours coaching his clients on nutrition and lifestyle choices, making sure they are receiving the most up to date information. Orlando’s intention is to help members feel comfortable not intimidated by fitness. He believes in patience and consistency.
Orlando still offers personal training the way he did when he started, by putting his members first!
Orlando is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas; he received his Bachelor’s in Nutrition. Orlando has been helping Little Rock get in shape for over 20 years. He opened his personal fitness studio in 1997.  With his extensive background in nutrition and his deep desire to help people reach their personal fitness goals his results are phenomenal!
Chris Lum
Chris Lum, Personal Trainer
Chris was born in Trinidad. His family lives in North Little Rock, AR.  He enjoys playing cricket, soccer, fencing, and sailing and is a collector of fine pens.
Chris Lum has been a trainer at Orlando’s Personal Fitness since 1998.  He has been a certified trainer for over 2 decades.  Chris is a Certified Physical Fitness Specialist.  Chris enjoys working with senior clients to enhance their quality of life through personal fitness training.  Chris specializes in training Seniors.

Ron has been in the fitness industry for over two decades. He has been in several National Bodybuilding competitions where he earned these respective titles:

Ron really focuses on his client’s goal and making sure they achieve their desired goal. Ron specializes in golf training and special needs clients.
Jackie Amadeo
Jackie Amadeo, Personal Trainer
Graduate of University of Arkansas with a BS in physical education and a minor in health science, Jackie has over 30 years in the personal training and fitness industry. She has spent most of her life helping and encouraging others to reach their health and fitness goals.
Having been a competitive bodybuilder in the 1980's and 1990's, Jackie has the real-life experience of shaping, building and toning the body to peak fitness. Her sessions are based on functional training, strength training, core stability, proper nutrition, flexibility and cardiovascular exercise.
Jackie has a special interest in senior training because exercise has been proven to increase vitality and energy, lower the risk of disease, and prolong life--an exercise program should be a part of every senior’s life. If you need a positive change, an update to your old workout routine and someone to keep you motivated, Jackie will be there for you.
Clif Wynn
Clif Wynn, Personal Trainer
Graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with emphasis on Exercise Science and a minor in Family and Consumer Science with emphasis on Nutrition. Clif is a student and an instructor for Grandmaster Han’s Martial Arts. He placed 1st place in the 2007 Central Arkansas Martial Arts Tournament. Clif is also the head strength coach for the athletic department at Hendrix College.

Sarah Biuso
Sarah Biuso, NPTI Certified Personal Trainer
Sarah was born and raised in New York State (go Yankees and Giants!) and attended St. Lawrence University where she played division III volleyball. After getting married, moving to Illinois and raising two daughters, she pursued her passion for physical fitness and attended a six month Personal Training Certification course at NPTI, a training institute in Chicagoland.
She has been certified for 10 years now and has worked with a variety of different clientele including; children, teens, tri-athletes, middle-aged women and senior citizens. Sarah moved to Arkansas in July of 2012 with her husband of 23 years and two teenage daughters. She loves tennis, canoeing/kayaking, gardening and the outdoors. She also likes to keep abreast of the latest trends and research in the field of exercise and it’s affect on cognitive health.
Sarah is innovative and loves the challenge of creating engaging exercise plans, to help people ENJOY reaching their health and fitness goals.
Billy Holland

Billy has had the  opportunity to work in Boston under Mike Boyle one the industries leading strength and conditioning coaches. While in Kansas City,  Billy worked with numerous NFL athletes including hall of famer Will Shields.
He has trained people in all walks of life from athletes to senior citizens. Whether it’s to get a little stronger, improve performance in your respective sport, shed some extra body fat, or help with a nagging injury, Billy wants to help you achieve your goals.  He chooses to do so with integrity and honesty, in addition to using equal parts evidence-based research and anecdotal “real-world” experience.”

Mary Kate Pollreis
Mary Kate Pollreis, NPTI Certified Personal Trainer
Originally from Tennessee, Mary Kate attended Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas where she  joined the cross country and track teams. Always having a passion for fitness, and helping others reach their goals, she decided to pursue a career in personal training. From working with nine year olds, to clients well into their eighties, Mary Kate strives to individualize each session to attain the goals laid out.
Whether it is heavy strength training, high intensity interval training, or mobility work, her clients and group classes can always expect to be pushed to their limit. When Mary Kate isn't training others, she enjoys working out, visiting with friends, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Stephanie Kelley
Stephanie Kelley, NPTI Certified Personal Trainer
Stephanie has been teaching pilates for 10 years. She has been trained and holds her certification in the Peak Pilates System. Pilates is disigned to strengthen, balance, and stretch the body. It focuses on your core stength, posture, and lung capacity. Stephanie finds it very rewarding to watch individuals make progress in their pilates practice and to see the mindfulness and body awareness that takes place under her guidance.
Stephanie has the ability to see deep into her clients and really cater her workouts to suit their personalities. Her understanding of the body and how it works gives her an advantage in helping individuals in correcting their posture while strengthening their core. She pays attention to every detail.

His experience has taken him through a journey where he has the opportunity to work with athletes from all different sports.
He began his career in strength and conditioning in 1983 as a consultant at the Nautilus Fitness Center in Jackson, Miss.,where he help train NFL greats such as Walter Payton, Eddie Payton and Frank Sutton.
